Popular dancehall artiste, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale has finally spoken after being enskinned as the dancehall king yesterday.
In an interview a few moments after the enskinment, Shatta Wale expressed his pleasure about his enskinment. He always spoke about the newly brokered peace between him and his former rival artiste, Stonebwoy. He also spoke about the upcoming Peace concert scheduled to come off in July. He said;
“Stonebwoy has been my brother from day one and I just want to urge everybody to support us…It is not a lie. Things happen in life and we all learn from it. We have decided to get the peace concert coming soon and it will come to Tamale as well,”
The excited Shatta Wale further revealed his plans in place for the youth of Tamale and Ghana as a whole. He said that he plans to build a recreational centre where young musicians will undergo training.
He also rubbished rumours speculating that he was forced to reunite with Stonebwoy. He told the youth of Tamale to learn from him and make peace wherever they are.
